This Site does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Simply browsing the Site involves no collection of personal data by Staks.
Getting in touch via WhatsApp
All contact buttons on the Site open a WhatsApp conversation. The data you share there (phone number, name, message content) is processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) under its own privacy policy, and by Staks solely to answer your request and follow up on a potential collaboration (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is kept no longer than 24 months after our last exchange and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us on WhatsApp. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL — cnil.fr).
