No trackers
Staks does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Simply browsing the Site involves no collection of personal data by Staks. The booking calendar embedded on the Site is provided by Cal.com, which may set the cookies required for it to work, under its own privacy policy.
Booking a call and getting in touch
The contact buttons on the Site lead to a booking calendar provided by Cal.com, Inc. The data you enter there (name, email address, details about your project), or send us by email, is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and by Staks solely to answer your request and follow up on a potential collaboration (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is kept no longer than 24 months after our last exchange and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at luctschab@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL — cnil.fr).
